CTO Craft Con Panelist
I'm incredibly excited to share that I recently had the honor of speaking at CTO Craft Con 2023, a leading industry conference that unites CTOs and senior technology leaders from around the globe. Held on November 7th, this prestigious event created a dynamic space for forward-thinking tech professionals to share insights, challenge perspectives, and collaborate on the future of our industry.
I was privileged to join an esteemed panel of industry experts to discuss one of the most pressing and powerful topics in the tech space today: Diversity and Inclusion (D&I). As someone who is deeply passionate about building equitable environments in tech, this conversation was both timely and essential. Together, we explored the tangible ways organizations can embed inclusivity into their culture — from shaping inclusive hiring practices and dismantling unconscious biases, to fostering psychological safety and ensuring every team member feels a true sense of belonging.
What made this experience particularly impactful was the depth and honesty of the dialogue. Each panelist brought their own lived experiences, perspectives, and actionable strategies, underscoring just how multifaceted the D&I conversation truly is. It was refreshing and energizing to hear how leaders across the industry are not only acknowledging the need for change — but actively driving it.
Events like CTO Craft Con serve as a powerful catalyst for progress. They remind us that while technology evolves rapidly, the culture that surrounds and supports it must evolve just as quickly. Innovation doesn't happen in isolation — it thrives in environments where diverse voices are heard, valued, and empowered to contribute.
I’m incredibly grateful to CTO Craft for organizing such a thoughtful and impactful conference, and for giving me the opportunity to speak on a topic that is not just professional, but deeply personal to me. I'm leaving this experience feeling more inspired and hopeful than ever.
As we look to the future, let’s continue to champion diversity, equity, and inclusion at every level of leadership. Together, we can build a tech industry that is not only more innovative and resilient, but also more just.
Thank you again to the CTO Craft community — I look forward to continuing these conversations and collaborating on meaningful, long-term change.
