Keynote Speaker @FutureForm : The New Rules of AI

This week, I had the privilege of delivering a keynote at FutureForm: New Rules of AI on a foundational yet important topic: “What is AI?”

In a space where the conversation often jumps straight to advanced applications and future predictions, I wanted to bring it back to the basics—clarifying what AI actually is, how it works at a high level, and why understanding its fundamentals is key to using it responsibly and effectively.

It was inspiring to see such a curious, engaged audience asking thoughtful questions about not just the technology, but also its impact on people, work, and society.

One of the highlights of giving my keynote at FutureForm: New Rules of AI was seeing so many women feeling more confident in their understanding of AI and its uses. 💡

Too often, AI can feel intimidating or inaccessible but when we break it down in clear, practical terms, it becomes a tool anyone can engage with and apply meaningfully.

It was inspiring to witness that spark of empowerment in the room. The more diverse voices we have in the conversation about AI, the more inclusive, creative, and responsible the future of this technology will be.
