I’m incredibly honoured and thankful to have been invited to speak at Adobe’s Dublin office on the 12th June 2025 , a truly energising and memorable experience. 🇮🇪
From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with such warmth, professionalism, and genuine interest. A huge thank you to the Adobe team for extending the kind invitation and for the thoughtful coordination behind the scenes. These experiences don’t just happen , they’re made possible by people who care deeply about connection, collaboration, and creating space for meaningful conversations.
A very special shoutout to Sara B. Doran-Glavic and Charmaine O., who were not only incredible hosts but also brought so much energy and intention to the session. Your dedication to fostering an inclusive and engaging environment didn’t go unnoticed , and it made a real impact.
The session itself was a dynamic exchange of ideas around some of today’s most pressing and inspiring topics:
The ever-evolving landscape of technology
The transformative potential (and responsibility) of artificial intelligence
And the critical importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion in shaping the future of innovation
We talked about how emerging technologies particularly AI , are not just tools, but systems built by people, shaped by bias, and capable of influencing the world at scale. That’s why diverse voices, experiences, and perspectives aren’t just “nice to have” , they’re absolutely essential.
What stood out most to me was the genuine curiosity and engagement from everyone in the room. From insightful questions to thoughtful reflections, it was clear that this audience came ready to learn, challenge ideas, and explore what the future could and should look like.
These are the moments I live for being able to share my own journey, the lessons I've learned, and the knowledge I've gathered, while also learning from the brilliant minds around me. It’s in these exchanges that real growth happens.
Thank you again, Adobe Dublin, for creating the space and platform for open, honest, and forward-thinking discussion. I left feeling inspired, motivated, and reminded of the importance of continuing to push for inclusive innovation in every room we enter.
