Women Who Build the Future: Panel Speaker

Women Who Build The Future — 7th March 2026

Panel Appearance: Leadership, Inclusion & Building with Impact

I had the privilege of serving as a panelist at Grace Ajagbe’s Book Launch event, contributing to a rich and thought-provoking conversation on leadership, inclusion, building, and diversity.

It was an honour to share insights alongside other professionals who are deeply committed to shaping environments where people feel seen, valued, and empowered to lead. The discussion explored not just the what of leadership, but the how how we intentionally build cultures that foster belonging, amplify diverse voices, and create real opportunities for growth.

What stood out most was the shared understanding that leadership goes beyond titles or positions. True leadership is rooted in influence, empathy, and the willingness to create space for others to thrive.

Moments like this are a powerful reminder that the future of leadership is inclusive, intentional, and people-centered and we all have a role to play in building it.
